CERESIT® CT 54 is used for painting façades and interiors (walls and ceilings). It can be applied on the mineral substrates: concrete, cement plasters, lime–cement plasters and lime plasters. It is highly recommended to paint new plasters, it allows for starting the painting work immediately, without any threats that the alkaline reaction of the fresh substrate may damage the paint coat. It cannot be used on acrylic and non-mineral paint coatings. Available pack size: plastic containers of 3,5 and 15 l

CERESIT CT 54 may be applied on carrying, smooth, dry, clean substrates. Firstly, uneven and damaged substrates should be repaired. It is recommended to check the strength of the existing mineral layers. The existing dirt, layers of low strength, lime and adhesive paint coatings, as well as the remainders of wallpaper or glues should be completely removed.
Before the paint application, the content of the container should be carefully stirred by means of a drill with a mixer for about 2 minutes. The second / third layer should be applied without any dilution. Between the application of the subsequent layers at least 12-hour technological breaks should be maintained. CERESIT CT 54 should be applied evenly by means of a brush, roller or a sprinkling device and with spray machine using pressure machines.
Application should be performed in the ambient and substrate temperature ranging from +5 °C to +25 °C and the humidity below 80 %. The paint may cause decolouration impossible to be removed on glass, ceramic, resin, wooden, metal and stone surfaces, therefore all the elements in contact with CERESIT CT 54 should be protected. Protective gloves and glasses should be worn while applying the paint.

CERESIT CT 54 can be applied on the mineral substrates: concrete, cement plasters, lime–cement plasters and lime plasters. CT 54 can be used for painting mineral plasters, silicate plasters, silicate-silicone plasters applied on traditional substrates and within CERESIT ETICS. CT 54 is recommended in case of mineral wool based ETICS.
