CERESIT® CE 89 is a two-component epoxy grout with Quartz Power Technology for easy application, strong bonding and extreme resistance. Suited for grouting floor and wall tiles in bathrooms, showers, swimming pools, spas and hammams. It is also recommended for terraces and balconies, kitchen countertops and is suited for drinking water and food processing applications. Very high chemical resistance and super stable, long lasting colours. Can be used as tile adhesive. Available pack size: 2,5 kg.

CERESIT CE 89 adheres to all sound, load-bearing, clean and dry substrates free of substances that may impair adhesion. Prior to grouting, the surface, thin-bed mortar or bedding mortar must be set sufficiently hard and all joints must be uniformly ranked to the same depth and width.
CERESIT CE 89 consists of two components. Mixing ratios components: A 100 parts by weight and B 8 parts by weight. Add the component B-catalyst contained in plastic bag to the resin (component A) and mix with a low speed electric drill until the mixture is free of lumps. Scrape the sides and the bottom using a steel spatula to insure catalysation.
CERESIT CE 89 can be applied for installation of tiles and stones using a thin-bed method. CE 89 can be used for grouting: trowel method to fill dry and clean joints and for grouting using injection method by pouring the mixture of two components into vessel and fill with single-hole pressure disc into cartridge. CE 89 can be used as tiling adhesive.

CERESIT CE 40 is perfect for porcelain tiles and also suitable for other kinds of tiles – stoneware, earthenware, mosaic, glass, natural stone, marble.
The ideal temperature for application of CERESIT CE 89 is between +18 and +23°C. In these conditions the product is an easily workable smooth mortar, with a pot life of about 1 hour. It is ready for foot traffic after 24 hours.
